Background

Macey Meza is a dynamic force at Summit Eyecare, where she has served as Practice Administrator since September 2023. With a sharp business mind and a strong leadership presence, Macey leads the charge in streamlining operations, driving staff development, and building high-performing teams across multiple locations. She plays a key role in strategic planning with providers and ensures the alignment of company goals with day-to-day execution.

Holding both an Associate of Science in Business and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, Macey blends formal education with over a decade of real-world experience in customer service, medical billing and coding, marketing, and project management in the healthcare space. Her leadership style is direct, solution-focused, and rooted in empowering others to rise.

Macey is known for bringing clarity and direction to complex challenges, all while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and patient-centered care. She's not afraid to make tough calls, ask the right questions, and advocate for excellence at every level of the organization.

Beyond the office, Macey is a devoted mother to two beautiful children! She recharges by camping, razor riding, and supporting her kids in their adventures—bringing the same energy to her family life as she does to her leadership role.
